What’s Lee’s secret? She came to the Sure Success groups every week, got motivated, and made a plan. She was always took in the advice offered her with an open mind and was willing to try new things.

 

She looked at the diet as a challenge that she was ready to face. And she was motivated: Lee likes to say she was “sick and tired of being sick and tired.” Was it easy for her? Well, she would be the first to tell you that it was a lot easier than weighing 257 pounds and facing size 24 pants.

 

My biggest concern with Lee is that it was TOO easy. We all know that losing weight quickly is absolutely no indication that it will stay off. Lee is thankful for the Reasonable Diet’s Graduate Program where she can learn to use her skills acquired through Reasonable Dieting to move on with the rest of her wellness plan, which includes learning how to manage her diet for long term maintenance.
